U21 Men's National Team ID and Training Camp wraps up

The Men's National U21 team participated in their first ID and training camp of 2018 over the Easter weekend in Saskatchewan. The camp is part of the team's preparations for the upcoming IHF Trophy that will take place from May 7-12th in the United States.

A total of 19 players from three provinces participated with head coach Melissa Lock and her staff at the helm of sessions.

The opening night featured a series of fitness and conditioning tests at the elite Opex Regina complex before the athetes moved onto a series of five sesions including two team events.
